We participated in IBIS Turkey 2019 International Bodyshop Industry Symposium.
Today at IBIS. We talked about how to rise of standards of product and services purchased within car insurance. We shared OSEM standards and how the right repair methods should be applied in repair shops,which have proficiencies. We conveyed the point of view of OSEM with regard to the importance of occupant, vehicle and Road Safety.
OSEM General Manager Bener Yıkılmaz and Operations Director Ekrem Çankırlı participated in the symposium which was held on 23 October 2019 at İstanbul Levent Wyndham Hotel. OSEM Operations Director Ekrem Çankırlı, who participated in the symposium as a speaker, gave a presentation titled Raising standards of products and services purchased within car insurance. The presentation covers from a short car story to the car body and mechanical history, right bodyshop infrastructure, right repair methods, correct equipment usage, right repair at the manufacturer standards, methods and applications, training of repair center personnel and post-repair, in addition vehicle, occupant and road safety.
The importance of vehicle, passenger and road safety as well as the correct equipment, correct parts, trained technicians and correct repair methods are emphasized especially in the repair of insured vehicles in the repairshop Providing Services within the scope of Auto Insurance. It was mentioned and recommended that Certification Standard Conformity Assessment programs could be evaluated.
